This Return and Refund Policy has been created under the governing laws of Sri Lanka.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Interpretation and Definitions<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Interpretation<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Definitions<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Company<\/b>\u00a0(referred to as either \u201cthe Company\u201d, \u201cWe\u201d, \u201cUs\u201d or \u201cOur\u201d in this Agreement) refers to Syntegrity Technologies (Pvt) Limited, 2nd Floor, McLaren\u2019s Building, No 123, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 00400.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Goods<\/b>\u00a0refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Orders<\/b>\u00a0mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Service<\/b>\u00a0refers to the Website.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Website<\/b>\u00a0refers to Syntegrity, accessible from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.syntegritytech.com\/\">http:\/\/www.syntegritytech.com<\/a>\/store<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>You<\/b>\u00a0means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Your Order Cancellation Rights<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Conditions for Returns<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">In order to be eligible for the product return, please note that you are required to fulfil the following mandatory requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\">Return must be done within 07 days from the date of purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\">Product should be with original packaging and should not be opened.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\">Product must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">The following Goods cannot be returned:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\">The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\">The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\">The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\">The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span data-text-color=\"primary\">Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Returning Goods<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><b>Gifts<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"primary\">If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
